It seems a lot of agencies put their strongest touch-point, like a 30-second spot, in the center of their world and come back to that comfort zone as often as possible. Instead, we don’t put a touch-point in the center at all. Instead, every element of the marketing mix points back to the true center of gravity: the brand strategy.
